Roba Al Majzoub

Roba holds an MS in Computer Vision, an MS in Computer and Communications Engineering, and a BS in Telecommunications Engineering. Her primary work focused on medical image preprocessing, specifically MRI images. She utilized deep learning models to diagnose Alzheimer's Disease in patients using MRI images, and investigated the generation of pseudo-labels for non-labeled images using a small set of pre-labeled images. She collaborated with two other team members, led by Numan Saeed, and won the first position in the MICCAI challenge, resulting in a paper on the Head & Neck Cancer prognosis of patients as well as another paper authored by the same team published in MICCAI 2022 proceedings.
