Mostafa Salem is a postdoctoral research associate at the Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence, Abu Dhabi, UAE. He earned his BSc and MSc in Computer Science from the Faculty of Computers and Information at Assiut University, Egypt. In 2020, he obtained his Ph.D. in medical image analysis from the University of Girona, Spain, under the supervision of Prof. Xavier Lladó and Prof. Joaquim Salvi. Prior to joining the Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence, Mostafa served as an assistant professor in the Computer Science Department at the Faculty of Computers and Information, Assiut University, Egypt. His research interests include medical image analysis, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Multiple Sclerosis (MS), and Graph Neural Networks (GNNs), etc.
